In his previous role as senior executive of Action Homeless, Rob worked with people living with the consequences of growing up in a family with multiple and ramified needs decades earlier. Frustrated at only stuff worldly-wise to fire-fight, he decided he wanted to work in early intervention to help solve problems now, surpassing they became the crises of the future. Vivien Waterfield - deputy senior executive Vivien joined Home-Start in 1998. Local Home-Start staffIncreasinglythan 1,800 staff are employed by local Home-Starts wideness the country and with British Forces in Germany and Cyprus. Day-to-day operations within each local Home-Start are carried out by a small team of paid staff who recruit, train, and offer ongoing support and guidance to volunteers.
